The following information provides the basis for the review and evaluation of the advice and sign posting services of the staff, employed by Derby Bosnia-Herzegovina Community Association.

The Derby Bosnia-Herzegovina Community Association will consider only "relevant complaints":

  • the competence or fitness of a adviser who provide advice or services
  • the competence or fitness of person working under the supervision of the adviser employed by Bosnia-Herzegovina Community Association
  • alleged breaches of the rules of the relevant regulatory body
  • overall performance off the employed staff
  • overall satisfaction of the Bosnian "One Stop Shop" Centre
